Eight folders on the desk, all visible, none in a drawer. The Vanguard Array holds eight full-size folding knives spine-up in individual TPU-lined slots.

Holds: Eight folders in 6.14" × 0.99" slots with 1.89" of clearance above the spine. Fits most full-size production and custom folders, including tall flippers and big pocket clips. CRK, Hinderer, Microtech, Zero Tolerance.

Heads up: Knives shown in photos are for display only and not included.

Why it works

  • Won't mark your knives. Every slot is lined with soft TPU, so scales, titanium and stonewashed finishes never touch the hard shell.
  • Rigid, matte and quiet. The body is a single piece of PETG-CF (carbon fiber reinforced). It doesn't flex or creak, and the ultra-matte finish hides layer lines.
  • Stacks with the system. Same footprint as the Vanguard Catch, so they stack in any order without shifting.
  • Made by a collector. Designed, tested and printed in Kentucky by a fellow knife collector.

The Vanguard system: the Catch, Array and Cover share the same 9.92" × 6.73" footprint. Stack an Array under a Catch, run two Catches on a nightstand, and top any tray with a Cover.

Will my knife fit?
Each slot is 6.14" long and 0.99" wide with 1.89" of clearance above the spine. Most full-size production folders fit comfortably. Send me the specs for anything unusually wide or tall.

Will there be more Series 1?
No. Series 1 is a one-time run with amber inserts. Future series may bring new colorways.

Does it stack with the Vanguard Catch?
Yes. They share the same footprint and stack in any order, top or bottom.
