The Gen 4 Mazda3's cupholders are too small for a 40oz Stanley or a big Owala. This bottle holder sits on the passenger-side console ledge by the shifter and holds large tumblers and water bottles upright, matched to the Mazda3 interior so it looks like it came with the car.
Fits: Mazda3 Gen 4, 2019–2026, Hatchback and Sedan. Holds Stanley 40oz, Owala FreeSip 24oz and 32oz, Yeti Rambler, Hydro Flask, and most bottles up to 4" in diameter.
Why it works
- One holder for every bottle you own. The optional Universal Fit Kit (SLIM ring, WIDE ring and a solid bottom insert) dials in a rattle-free fit for 40oz, 32oz or 24oz bottles, wide or slim.
- Won't warp in a summer car. Printed in ASA-Carbon Fiber, stable up to 200°F in direct sun, unlike PLA or PETG printed alternatives.
- Looks factory. A non-reflective textured matte black that blends into the Mazda3 interior.
- Made by a Mazda3 owner. Designed, tested and printed in small batches in Kentucky.
How the fit kit works
The 4" opening holds large tumblers and wide bottles as-is. For narrower bottles, use the optional universal fit kit and press the WIDE or SLIM bumper ring onto the rim to close the opening down. For bottles with a base under 3", drop in the solid bottom insert to give them a floor to sit on.
All three pieces go in by hand in seconds and come back out whenever you switch bottles.
Install
- Place the holder on the passenger-side console ledge, near the shifter.
- Press down until it's snug.
No tools, no adhesive. It lifts out the same way it went in.

Does it fit the hatchback and the sedan?
Yes. Both Gen 4 body styles share the same console, so one version fits either.
Will it fit a CX-50, CX-30 or other Mazda?
No. It's shaped to the Gen 4 Mazda3 console. For the CX-50, see the CX-50 Bottle Holder.
Which bottles need a ring or the insert?
Large tumblers like the Stanley 40oz go straight in. Use the WIDE ring for mid-size bottles like the Owala 32oz, the SLIM ring for 24oz bottles, and the insert for cans and anything with a small base.

Great cup holder for Mazda
Mazda3 is notorious for the terrible cup holder setup. It was the only thing keeping my me from the car I wanted, so I did a lot of searching for a solution before I bought my new car. This gadget is genius and well worth the cost! Shipping was super fast and it holds all my different shaped bottles. I may buy another! high quality 3d print. though I feel like it should have a soft fabric liner on the inside of the hook to prevent it from scratching or damaging the cars interior if moved. otherwise having different colored top rings could be fun as well.

It took us a while to get it to stay in place but now that it is, I'm comfortable with putting my cup in there. I prefer cups with handles as does my husband so the Mazda cup holders can't fit two such cups next to each other. This is a great addition to my car.
