Warranty — Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage
Every item that leaves our studio goes through a quality check before it ships. We stand behind that process.
- What's covered: Manufacturing defects, transit damage, and shipping errors (wrong item sent).
- How to file a claim: Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is broken, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@materium.shop within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Resolution: For confirmed defects or damage, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no cost to you.
A note on the nature of our products: MATERIUM gear is produced using professional-grade FDM 3D printing. Parts may have visible layer lines and minor surface variations that are characteristic of the process — not defects. Every part is inspected to ensure it meets our structural and aesthetic standards before it ships.
Returns
If your product doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. We'll walk you through the process.
- Items must be uninstalled and in original condition to be eligible.
- Returns are not accepted on items that have been installed, used, or modified.
- Photo documentation may be required.
- We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
