The Maker Behind the Gear

The Philosophy: Built to a Standard, Not a Price Point

MATERIUM isn't a corporate project; it's a personal pursuit. I've always been frustrated by gear that prioritizes a "mass-market" price point over actual quality. I don't design for a broad market — I design for a specific one. Every product exists because someone who actually drives that car or collects that gear needed something better than what existed.; I build the specific parts I couldn't find anywhere else. If I wouldn't run it in my own car or put it on my own desk, I won't ship it to you.

The Mindset: Software Logic, Physical Grit

By day, I'm a software developer. That background in systems and architecture influences every millimeter of my work. In software, you don't just write code and walk away—you build, test, find the edge cases, and refine until it's right.

I've brought that same iterative approach to CAD and physical engineering. I don't believe in "good enough" for a first draft. Every product at MATERIUM goes through a cycle of constant tweaking and real-world testing. If a fitment isn't perfect or a finish isn't dialed in, I go back to the model and solve the problem. I'm not interested in shortcuts; I'm interested in the process of taking a concept and "debugging" it until the physical result is flawless.

The Process: Small-Batch & Enthusiast Built

I am a part of the communities I design for. When you buy from MATERIUM, you're supporting a small-batch studio where every product is designed, prototyped, and manufactured in-house. I choose my materials—from high-strength composites to soft-touch polymers—based purely on performance and durability. By handling the entire lifecycle myself, I can ensure that every part meets the "stress-test" of my own daily use.

The Mission

I create for the enthusiasts who notice the details. Whether it's a precision-fit interior component or a showcase for your favorite blade, my goal is to provide a seamless, high-quality solution that bridges the gap between technical utility and modern aesthetics. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just better gear.
