Order Processing Times
MATERIUM operates as a small-batch studio — everything is designed, printed, and shipped from our workshop in Kentucky. Processing times depend on what you ordered and where we are in the production queue:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Made-to-Order Items: Generally require a lead time of 5–7 business days.
- High-Volume Periods: During new product launches or peak seasons, processing may occasionally run longer. We'll note any significant delays directly on the product page.
Processing times exclude weekends and holidays. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.

Shipping costs for orders under $35 and all international orders are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive that notification.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@materium.shop with your name and order number and we'll look into it.
Returns & Warranty
If something doesn't fit as expected or arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Items must be uninstalled and in original condition to be eligible for a return. We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. If something is broken, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@materium.shop within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
